SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping

We ship to most addresses throughout Australia. We currently do not ship internationally.

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are generally dispatched within the next two business days.

Orders are sent by courier and usually arrive within 2–7 business days. Depending on your contact preferences, you’ll receive tracking details by email and/or text message once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $55 receive free delivery; some remote areas are excluded. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, please contact us before ordering.

Returns and order problems

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email woofwoof@aussiedogtreats.com with your order number and clear photos. Please report delivery problems within five days where possible. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. You cover the initial return postage for items that can easily be posted. If we confirm a fault, we reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
