SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship to most addresses throughout Australia.
We currently do NOT ship internationally.
We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours after purchase. Orders received during weekends or holidays are typically shipped within the next two business days.
All orders are shipped with couriers, and are typically received within 2 to 7 business days. Depending on your contact preferences, we will send you an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, orders over $55 will receive free delivery (some remote areas are not included in free delivery if unsure please check with us before ordering)

What happens if I don't like the products I ordered?
Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will be happy to provide you with a refund, exchange or store credit (postage not included).
Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products. Likewise, we do not accept returns for purchases made via our retail partners.
What about if the product arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?
In this case, we're happy to provide a refund, replacement, exchange or store credit, including all postage costs. Please make sure you email us within 5 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
How to return products
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the reason for the return, then print out a copy of your email and send it back to us with your products. Returns will not be accepted unless you have sent us an email first. This policy helps us help you, and all of our customers in the future
