Choosing and feeding treats

Which treat is right for my dog?

Consider your dog’s age, size, chewing style and dietary requirements. Smaller treats are useful for training and everyday rewards, while larger chews may suit dogs that enjoy longer chewing sessions.

How should I feed dog treats?

Treats should be given in moderation as part of a balanced diet. Always choose an appropriate treat size, supervise your dog while eating and provide access to fresh drinking water.

Are these treats suitable for puppies?

Our Puppy Treats collection includes options selected with younger dogs in mind. Choose an appropriate size, supervise all feeding and introduce new treats gradually.

What if my dog has allergies or special dietary requirements?

Please check the ingredients listed on the individual product page before purchasing. If your dog has allergies, a health condition or special dietary requirements, seek advice from your veterinarian.

Do dental treats replace professional dental care?

No. Chewing may assist with normal chewing activity, but treats do not replace regular dental checks or professional veterinary advice.

Products and storage

How should I store the treats?

Keep treats sealed in their original packaging and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Follow any additional storage instructions shown on the product packaging.

How long will the treats last?

Check the best-before information on the product packaging. Keeping the bag properly sealed and storing it as directed will help maintain freshness.

Can treats vary in size, colour or shape?

Yes. Natural products can vary between batches in size, colour, shape and texture. This is normal and does not necessarily indicate a quality issue.

Orders and delivery

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are generally dispatched within the next two business days.

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details by email and/or text message once your order has shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Orders over $55 receive free delivery. Some remote areas are excluded.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship to most addresses within Australia only.

Where can I find my tracking information?

Tracking details are sent after your order has shipped. Please check your email inbox, text messages and junk or spam folder.

Returns and order problems

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Email woofwoof@aussiedogtreats.com within five days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout and clear photos of the damaged, faulty or incorrect item so we can assist you.

Do you accept change-of-mind returns?

No. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Return shipping is at the sender’s expense unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
